For that reason , this Training Course is very important to higher up the qualification of engineers and technicians hose responsible consulting and tracking the public utilities project activities during :The effect of utilities excavations on roads deterioration inside cities.
Study the technical and managerial solution for utilities extension.
Review some of successes experiments in applying the general specifications of civil applications.
