1. Road Institute Administration.
Road Institute administration has specialized administrators who work in roads engineering field. They are qualifying to manage road institute requirement and trying to make the institute has an international reputation.

2. Registration and Secretary.
Registration and Secretary introduce its services to the students starting from the registration process which gives the students a clear idea about the activities and majors of Road Institute. Also, Road Institute keeps going to find solutions of the students' social and educational problems. It encourages the students to come over their obstacles.

3. Qualify Diploma Degree Program.
This is the mainly Road Institute's training program which is under principality of The General Organization of Technical Educational and Vocational Training. It offers to the students who have passed a high school and getting its certificate in scientific section. In Road Institute, they will specialize in roads engineering fields which have two kinds of programs, roads inspectors and technicians of roads laboratories engineering programs. The students will study for two years divided into four semesters. This special program, which the way of acceptance depends on the choosing scientific way, has the guaranty to lead the industry of roads construction to the necessary perspective. Through qualifying young training, it will help them strongly to lead this industry and becoming able to have the challenge, competition, and superiority.

4. Development Engineering Courses Program.
This kind of programs offers to the engineers who specialize in roads authority, or roads contractors, or roads inspectors, or any roads engineering fields. Road Institute has the abilities to provide and design many courses inside and outside Saudi Arabia. It has agreements with many international organizations that specialize in roads engineering fields.

 5- Training Halls and Classrooms.
 
Road institute has training halls and classrooms which design in modern way. They are provided by the technological and scientific facilities to create a suitable environment to the students and the teachers.

6. Engineering Laboratory Section.

  - Materials Laboratory (Soil and Asphalt)

Materials laboratory is the main part bases practical courses in road institute. The laboratory contains two divisions; the first is for soil materials tests, the second is for asphalt tests and asphalt mixes design

Road Institute provides modern technological information by offering computer laboratories and building internal network which can provides all the requirement information to the students and engineers or any visitors.
